Information you provide
When you request an estimate, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property address, service needs, project details, and optional property photos.
How it is used
This information is used to respond to your request, understand the property work, prepare an estimate, and communicate about scheduling. It is not used to add you to an unrelated marketing list.
Sharing and retention
Estimate information is not sold. When secure online form delivery is activated, submissions and optional photos may be processed and stored by Formspree so the request can be delivered to Maple Estate Landscaping. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the estimate, service communication, record keeping, or legal requirements.
Property photos
Photos are optional. Do not submit images containing people, licence plates, or unrelated personal information. Uploaded files may be removed when they are no longer needed for the estimate or service.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or business record purposes.
